My friend recruited me into the company thinking he'll get the bonuses when I'll start making money. However, once I got hired and started to make money, my friend was fired and MGA Ryan Kendl, talked bunch of bad stuff and made fun of not only him during his meetings, but also laughed and joked about all the people that decided not to work for the company". Also, he teaches to fraudulently put the "right" wrong information on the apps so that more people would buy the insurance and ofcourse so that he would end up with more bonuses/. He is a liar himself and teaches others to lie?. When I wrote my biggest policy and roughly should have got paid $2, 000, he, Ryan Kendl, coded the policy to himself:. (Basically stealing my money, not sure if there is any legal foundation to that one|.) The leads are outdated and been seen couple times, lot of cold calling, , , When I brought the issue to him, Ryan Kendl, he acted like nothing happened and then "decided to let me go", ofcourse keeping the business I wrote'. I am not the only one, hopefully people like him, Ryan Kendl, get their insurance licenses revoked and I'll do everything to make it happen;. Guys, if you had same problem or been tricked, make sure you FILE A COMPLAINT WITH DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE and take it to the courts!. Half of what they doing is completely fraudulent. He. Ryan Kendl, will willfully lie to new hires in order to just get his bonuses. Oh and I've tried to resolve the issue by contacting the company itself, so far nothing has been done...THIS IS NOT A LEGITIMATE JOB!!! NO LEGITIMATE JOB WILL REQUIRE YOU TO PAY FOR TRAINING!!! 1290f2b

1. Written by That Word Grrl on April 16, 2012 from los angeles, california, US I'm cracking up at these defenses of AIL. Here's a hint. If you call me to set up an "interview," and it is NOT in response to my sending you a resume for a specific job? The ONLY way you got that number was by lifting it from a job board where my resume was posted. In short: I have no interest in interviewing with you if I did not initiate contact for a specific job. Which I guess makes me weak-minded. Or some junk. |
| 2. Written by Been there, done that on March 21, 2012 from jasper, arkansas, US @The Whole Truth Question: Are you all really insured to sell in every state? Because I'm in one state that's kinda close to 2 other state lines, and one agent had some people in an area who were interested in the insurance and the manager told him that he couldn't go up there and sell because he hadn't gotten his license there...Am I misunderstanding what you're saying? I think everyone on here is entitled to their opinions. I've met 1 agent with AIL who is still with them and has good things to say about them. That out of the 30+ I've met, people who had deaths in their family or car accidents and were berated for it by the manager and made to feel like they were more obligated to AIL than to their families or other loved ones. I've had people literally cry on the phone with me because they were so confused about their policies and an agent wouldn't come out and see them. THAT'S not customer service, and my boss said he wouldn't see them because they needed to call corporate and that he couldn't waste time with appointments where there was no chance in making a sale. Disgusting. |
| 3. Written by TheNiceGuy on March 6, 2012 from sacramento, california, US thewholetruth, my motivation is to prove that AIL is definitely NOT the best company in the universe, one the WORST-definitely. Best company treats their employees with respect and dignity, unlike yours. Your are a good example of what the whole company is about and I think people see it already. p.s. school? well school gives you knowledge and qualifications. Your company gives big promises and gives you (probably some soulless manager) the opportunity to suck on your employees' and your clients hard earned money. But what goes around, comes around. Have a wonderful life |
| 4. Written by thewholetruth on March 5, 2012 from seattle, washington, US @ TheNiceGuy Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh, I see.....hey everyone did you read the lates from the masia TheNiceGuy?? "The best company in the world would pay for your training, pay for your car allowance, would give you a phone and a laptop, also the BEST company in the world would give you some base salary on top of a commission" I see your motivation now, hahahahahahah it was there all the time, thank you for proving my point. You are mad because you didnt get a bunch of free things handed to you?? Wow, in that case school must have been a scam too. Did you get a free car, a laptop, paid training, and a base salary at school? Yet you still went....huh. You are the biggest joke I have seen in a long time, you were the one that accepted the job were you not? You knew the deal when you were hired did you not? Everyone goes through the same thing, and many make it, but losers like you obviously dont. You are such a waste of space, and just a whiner. |
| 5. Written by thewholetruth on March 5, 2012 from seattle, washington, US @ Interesting commentor Thank you for noticing that too. I know you are not on sides here, and I have made some posts with more of my anger in them then I should, but I agree that "TheNiceGuy" needs to be exposed. A disgruntled ex-employee, trying to slanderize a good company. I admit to you and all others reading these blogs I work here, I will not deny that in anyway, I also comment on these posts of my own valition. I was not asked by anyone to do it, paid for doing it, or any of that. I am just a satisfied employee, that takes the opportunity for what it is, and has been successful. I just get very frustrated about small people making false claims against any company, or person without a shred of truth. NiceGuy, and all that slander and complain, I feel sorry for you, because if its not AIL you are slamming it will just be the next thing you fail at, and of course it will be someone elses fault. |
| 6. Written by interesting commentor on March 4, 2012 from richmond, kentucky, US "TheNiceGuy" and "thewholetruth" commented on the other American Income Life posts and they basically say the same thing. One attacks the original poster and the other backs up the company. Seriously? TheNiceGuy, if you are going to attack people's intelligence, at least have the intelligence to change your name so it's not so obvious to others what you're doing. |
| 7. Written by TheNiceGuy on March 2, 2012 from sacramento, california, US thewholetruth, You just showed your intellectual level and it is a very low one. ''a weak, no integrity, no self responsibility having joke of a person would post a scam post trying to ruin other peoples chance to work for the best insurance company, and opportunity in the world'' Based on the comment of yours I can tell that you are very uneducated and unethical person in life. You are probably one of those selfish SGAs, MGAs, or SAs. About the best company in the world, what a joke. Another comments of yours- "a weak willed, fear filled, no integrity, person like the author here". I understand that based on the size of your brain you are not able to produce any wise words, you only choose to use profanity. The best company in the world would pay for your training, pay for your car allowance, would give you a phone and a laptop, also the BEST company in the world would give you some base salary on top of a commission. So, American Income Life is not the best one to work for. But for people of your level, American Income Life is the only chance. P.S. please take some written composition and ethics classes so that you can communicate your thoughts in a professional manner and not to use profanity when your mind is empty and you cannot think of anything else. ![]() |
| 8. Written by thewholetruth on March 2, 2012 from -, -, US American Income Life is not a Scam!! I am a honest hard working family man and I work with them. They have been in business since 1951, serve over 44000 unions and groups, and have over 10 million clients. You can not be in business for 61 years, work with that many pepole and be a scam. It is a joke that a weak, no integrity, no self responsibility having joke of a person would post a scam post trying to ruin other peoples chance to work for the best insurance company, and opportunity in the world. Here are the facts in contrary to the pathetic words of the desperate author of this post. If any agent is pushy, rude or lies to a client they will be fired. Our groups and relationships lead all reps. to deal in honesty, integrity, and trust or we will lose our appointment with AIL. We are certified in every state and 7 other countries by each and every Insurance commission. We are paid on commission and that is great, because when I help 5 families each week protect thier lives, I make $2000 of income, thats a win-win. I am sorry poster, that you are a scared, weak, simple minded person that can not make it in the real world maybe you ought to find a good safe little job at starbucks for 9.00 per hour, cause thats what you are worth obviously. To all other people looking to interview with American Income Life, do what you want. If you want a real chance at true success and are willing to earn it and work hard, come to your interview....we want winners. If you are a weak willed, fear filled, no integrity, person like the author here then please do not come to the interview, because we dont want to waste time training those that follow the herd. |
